Announcing Amadeus Einstein Garr

Okay, that's not really her name.

I'm thrilled to announce that Katherine Sophie Garr was born Wednesday, March 28th at 5:28 pm. She weighed 7 lbs 7 oz and was 20 inches long. Elizabeth and Katherine are both healthy and doing great (although Elizabeth is only getting about four hours of sleep a night)(and she can't blame it entirely on my snoring).

Although I haven't installed a CribCam, I can share these photos:

   2. the name of your daughter and the spelling of it (of course)
   3. the face of your daughter (wow, truly gorgeous)
   4. the compliment you made to your wife via your daughter's lips

   Deep congratulations and many blessings over your adjustment and continued investments in your marriage even as baby days take over...after about a month make sure you start getting some dates again just the two of you (however short between nursings!).

4. Babies are heaven sent! Love that the love story continues!!!

   I have two girls and have watched their daddy fall in love with them the minute he saw them.

6. Elizabeth,
   I assume Katherine can walk now, sleep all night through, speaks funny words and so on, I guess. Yes I must guess cause you leave me and the world in the dark regarding your romantic household. I know Dave won't mind if you write this update so that at least I will have peace of mind. Or must I come to your frontdoor all the way from The Netherlands to find out?
